CampingWe don't accept bookings for campsite. You can simply arrive, we'll be able to accommodate; in peak periods, before arriving, you can call us to make sure we have enough room.
Bungalow ParkFor booking requests, please stipulate no. of persons, the type of accommodation required and date of arrival and departure. The above-mentioned requisitions MUST be indicated and sent to the email adress: booking@villageflaminio.com
How to book
An instant booking for immediate confirmation bookings service is available on our internet site; booking requests can be submitted by fax/email or by filling the booking form on our website; bookings are confirmed upon payment of advance or of the full amount by bank transfer (up to 10 working days prior to arrival) or by credit card.
No show and Cancellation policy
In low season, bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hrs prior to arrival (by fax, phone, email). In case of late cancellation or no show, you'll be charged the first night.
In high season and peak periods with a minimum stay of 3 nights, bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival (by fax, phone, email). Cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival will entail a penalty equal to 50% of the entire stay. In case of late cancellation or no show, you'll be charged the whoel stay.
Last minute bookings are subject to low season no show and cancellation policies. For any booking with arrival on the same day, you'll be asked a credit card number for guarantee. In case of no-show you'll be charged the first night in low season and the whole stay in high season.
